My wife, daughter, and I, made our annual drive to Tennessee to pick up some of the good fireworks. We drove all the way to the Pigeon Forge exit and got off there. There are two big fireworks stores right off of the interstate.

We didn’t too bad this year, only spending $200 and getting enough goodies to cover a pool table from one end to the other. We went later than usual this year, and some of the stuff was already on sale. For every $75 we spent, they gave us a box of mortars or a big multi-shot box.

After gathering the loot, we glanced at a few Pigeon Forge vacation rentals for next year. Hopefully, we can spend a few days there, and watch their big fireworks display. I’ve heard that it is massive, but I have never witnessed it.
