of my NordicTrack Elliptical. I just thought I would share with you all of my favorite features. This thing isn’t nearly as hard on my knees as my treadmill was.

I noticed it is a lot easier on my knees than I thought it would be too. It actually feels good.
I can’t wait to read about your progress with it. I’m having fun with mine everyday, and have lost 2.5 pounds so far. Yay!
Very nice piece of equiptment.
I have been looking for a nice threadmill, but I might have to give this a shot.
It is very nice.
luv that carpet and wallpaper! Lucky dog! I hope you enjoy it. Post some videos of you working out on it, it just may motivate me to get on my rower.
You probably won’t see a video of me on it… the camera doesn’t like me.

I decided to work out every other night for a month before I checked on my weight. On my way to find your video now.

I like the Elliptical also because its easy on my knees AND back.
Keep up the good work with it and try not to make it a coat rack.
You should totally be a hand model
Good luck with it, buddy! I really need to get my lumpy butt back onto my Bowflex.
I will do my best!
Thanks, but a closeup of my fingernails and cuticles would prove otherwise.
