I handle many traffic court cases in my practice and we do actually win some of them. But in most cases we are able to negotiate reductions for our clients. This saves them much more than our fee. We also give them peace of mind, knowing that it's being taken care of well. And we almost always handle it without the client having to go to court, saving many of them a long drive. Really, if these guys are wild drivers, do we want them driving all that way to court and home again?
