As many of you know, I am a HUGE fan of Stephen King. While I often enjoy his books more than I enjoy his movies, that doesn’t stop me from watching them. I have been seeing a lot of commercials for the latest movie to be created from one of his books. The Mist by Stephen King is that movie. I just watched 1408 a little while ago, and I loved it. The visual effects were amazing. One of the better Stephen King movies in a long time. I have not read “The Mist” and I am not at all familiar with the storyline. Since I haven’t read the book, I am perplexed at what I should do. Should I see the movie and then read the book? I have never done it that way before, and it may make the movie more enjoyable.
I have always read the books first so I completely know what to expect when watching the movie. I thought about trying a completely different experience this time. I think I will watch the movie, and then read the book. That should give me a bit of a different perspective on the whole thing. I’m usually not one to break away from the norm, but every now and again it’s a good thing to do.

I’ve got an interesting question (at least, to me) to pose for you.
