My name is Bucky and I am an addict….

I am addicted to cold pizza. Anytime we have cold pizza I make sure that there is enough left over for the next morning so that I can have it for breakfast.

Why does cold pizza taste so good to me?

I enjoy it so much more than when it’s hot. Is anyone else like me? My wife thinks I am a nut, but she doesn’t just get that from this.

(Un)fortunately(?) I’m also addicted to cold chicken, and for the sake of a laugh – cold turkey!

I will eat pretty much anything cold.

We had pizza yesterday and this morning I ate a leftover piece for breakfast. It was so much better than it was last night.

Does anyone else enjoy this strange little fetish-y type of thing with me?

I don’t order pizza that often, and nowadays, every pizza joint seems to have these online ordering deals to simplify the process. I use my debit card, and everything works great. I hate having cash on me, so this works out well.

Tonight, a guy delivered my pizza, even picked my paper up out of the driveway when he came in, and for the first time, I wondered if I should be tipping.

Now, when I go to a restaurant and sit down, I start my server out with with their 15% percent, if the service is great, average, or shitty, I adjust that 15% accordingly.

Tonight, the pizza guy had a somewhat blank like stare on his face when I grabbed my pizza and just said thanks. Should I be tipping pizza delivery dudes?

Why?

I noticed on my receipt that they charge a delivery fee, so I figured I was cool. When I got my physical receipt though, it said, “Driver gratuity not included.” It seems they expect people to tip drivers.

I don’t know, just curious to what everyone else thinks.

Maybe Cleveland Cavaliers fans can hope for cheap gas if an oil company insults All-Star LeBron James.

Lines were so long Thursday at some of the 86 Papa John’s stores offering a large, one-topping pizza for 23 cents that police stood nearby to make sure people didn’t get unruly.

The Louisville, Ky.-based company agreed to the offer after a franchisee in Washington, D.C., made T-shirts calling star LeBron James a “crybaby.” The shirts referred to James’ complaints about hard fouls during a playoff series victory over Washington. The company also will donate $10,000 to the Cavaliers Youth Fund.

The 23-cent price of a pizza is a homage to James’ jersey number.

“It’s a recession busting offer, and we certainly hope we have made it up to Cleveland,” Tim North, vice president of the company’s northeast division, told WEWS-TV.

One or two people even came by jet charter just for the bragging rights.

There were a few headaches, mostly complaints about long waits and line-cutting.
