I had a fellow comment on one of my blogs that he didn’t understand how American voters could be so ignorant. I replied that I had agreed before it was brought to my attention the the American illiteracy rate is skyrocketing. This woman is obviously an American voter.

That, and a lot of Americans just don’t care.

Irony is one word for it. I can think of countless more, but I don’t want to offend any of your readers. Good stuff though, I needed that chuckle.
