I have always did a lot better at Neathawk than Lowe’s. I had a new kitchen put in and it was 1200 cheaper than Lowe’s. I love their quality of vinal flooring. In fact I am geting ready to order flooring for my bath today. The small mistakes can happen anywhere. The big companies need some competition.
We can never get waited on at Lowe’s. Yesterday we were there for 2 hrs. and called 3 times for help and never did get anyone to come and help. Needless to say we left!!

I have been building a house as I go for 4 years and most of my purchases have been from Neathawks. I do comparison shopping at lowes for the best price and Neathawks always matches. The major difference between Neathawks and the other home improvement stores is that when I’m in a box store the employees run from you and in Neathawks they run to you. I have always found every single person in Neathawks to be extremely helpful.

I have worked a both Home Depot and Lowe’s for a total of about 8 years. I can understand how the mix up can happen. I would suggest that before we begin throwing stones, we evaluate if we have ever messed up at work or anywhere else for that matter, and see if we can find forgiveness instead of malice. In a building center you deal with so many people (often it feels like at the same time) that you are destined to mess something up just as a product of averages. I believe you should evaluate them based on an average response verses 1 strike and they’re out. You would want the same treatment I’m sure. God Bless!!

I realize how upset you had to be but you didn’t finish the story. Did you get your siding and have you never been upset with Lowe’s? I know I have and my parents had a very expensive project go bad with Lowe’s. But, we allow things to ruin our day, not the other way around. I hope you got the siding and everything turned out OK in the end.
